About Us Roots Travel was founded in 2001 to provide opportunities for overseas students of English attending the city's language schools to experience the UK's wide variety of cultural attractions. Roots has now expanded to serve all visitors to Cambridge with special emphasis on the overseas visitor. Tours are operated by experienced driver-guides whose passion it is to reveal authentic Britain. Our guides are expert at showing the uniqueness of Britain's culture to visitors of all English language abilities. We offer small group tours to enable us to visit sights and attractions that larger buses cannot access.
