Shakespeare's Globe Theatre

The Globe Theatre, located on the south bank of the River Thames in central London, is an exact replica of the original 16th century theatre where Shakespeare's plays were performed during the playwright's lifetime. The tour includes standing tickets next to the stage, close enough to touch the actors (but don't!) as they act out some of the most famous lines in English literature.
